The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of data science experience, strong Python or R skills, and hands-on work with big data and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Geosciences, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record in applying ML to complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive exploration targeting and anomaly detection.
• Analyze large geological, geochemical, and geophysical datasets to identify patterns and trends.
• Build data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with geologists and geophysicists to define data requirements and refine analyses.
• Automate data processing pipelines and ensure data quality.
