Are you a tech-savvy, detail-driven marketing professional with a passion for events? We are looking for a proactive Remote Events Marketing Assistant to support a high-performing team in delivering 3–5 dynamic B2B conferences at a time.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be the go-to person for executing impactful marketing campaigns, nurturing leads, updating websites, managing CRMs, sending marketing emails, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Support multiple simultaneous B2B event campaigns (3–5 at a time)
Update websites using WordPress (editing pages, uploading content, making changes)
Update and send tailored marketing emails via ActiveCampaign or other marketing campaign platforms.
Create and manage content across Canva, LinkedIn, email, and social media
Draft and schedule guesting messages, marketing emails, and blog content
Engage and grow event communities, especially on LinkedIn
Research and qualify leads; support outreach and sponsorship acquisition
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and engagement data
Monitor marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams
Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand tone and style guidelines
Take initiative—identify gaps, ask smart questions, and problem-solve early
What You’ll Bring:
Event experience or industry understanding is a must
Strong WordPress skills (ability to confidently edit/update sites)
Confident user of LinkedIn for marketing and outreach
Experience with CRMs and email marketing platforms
A solid understanding of B2B marketing principles
Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with minimal supervision
Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality, error-free work
A strong sense of initiative and a business-focused mindset
Comfort working with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Creative flair and experience using Canva or similar tools
Own laptop (8GB+ RAM), licensed Microsoft Office, and stable internet
