About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Remote Esports Operations Manager to oversee the successful execution of their competitive gaming events and team management. This role requires a blend of logistical expertise, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the dynamic esports landscape. You will manage tournament operations, player communications, scheduling, and ensure a smooth experience for all participants, from amateur leagues to professional circuits. Operating remotely, you will coordinate with global teams, vendors, and players, upholding the integrity and excitement of competitive gaming. Key Responsibilities
