Placements24 in South Africa seeks a highly analytical E-Sports Performance Analyst to join a fully remote team. You will collect, analyze, and interpret match and scrimmage data, build models, and provide actionable insights to coaches to sharpen performance across titles.

You’ll track player development, research opponent meta, and collaborate with coaching staff to weave data-driven recommendations into training.
