Working autonomously in a remote role, you will analyze campaign performance, segment donor audiences, craft compelling narratives, and apply data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital fundraising, campaign management, or direct marketing within the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing online fundraising campaigns that meet or exceed goals.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in fundraising CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a knack for persuasive copy.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• A passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Stay updated on emerging digital fundraising trends and technologies.
• Monitor competitor fundraising activities and identify best practices.
• Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies as needed for campaign execution.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics.
