Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

We seek candidates with 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, familiarity with outbound tools, and strong written communication to personalize outreach and drive pipeline for our Enterprise Sales Team.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota carrying preferred.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalise outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and feedback loops with the sales team.
