Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Lead Management Consultant focused on Enterprise Architecture. This fully remote role drives IT strategy and transformation initiatives for clients across industries, shaping technology roadmaps and architectures that align with business goals.

The candidate will lead large-scale architectural design, collaborate with executives, and guide modernization efforts while managing distributed teams and ensuring best practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise architecture/IT strategy or consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale architectural design and transformation projects.
• Deep knowledge of architectural styles, TOGAF, cloud, microservices, data platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of enterprise architectures for clients.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business leaders and IT stakeholders to define technology roadmaps.
• Advise clients on emerging technologies, digital transformation, and IT modernization strategies.
• Oversee solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide objectives.
• Manage project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and quality standards.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and impact analyses.
