Qualifications

• 2+ years SDR/BDR experience, agency or SaaS a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and multi-channel sequences.
• Comfortable managing your own sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
