Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative across South Africa to research accounts, identify decision makers and book meetings, delivering the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You will craft personalized outbound sequences using LinkedIn, email, and phone, maintain Salesforce and SalesLoft records, and collaborate with Account Executives to build a robust pipeline while hitting volume goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar (agency or SaaS) preferred.
• Excellent written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRMs.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
