Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a compact product engineering team with a high‑performing culture.
• Set priorities, align the team, remove blockers, and drive progress toward goals.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate customer needs into engineering initiatives.
• Guide tradeoffs balancing speed, quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Enable ownership from concept through implementation, testing, and launch.
• Establish and maintain standards for design, testing, documentation, and decisions.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of engineering talent.
• Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, product, design and leadership.
• Foster ownership, accountability and strong communication across the organization.
• Deliver dependable product capabilities in cloud spend management, data, and infra.
