Placements24 is seeking a remote Automotive Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement embedded software for next‑generation vehicles. You will work with a global team to create robust software for infotainment, ADAS, and vehicle control units, contributing to a cutting‑edge mobility platform.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of embedded software experience, strong C/C++ and Python skills, and familiarity with AUTOSAR, CAN, and Ethernet.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of embedded software experience.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
- Experience with CAN/Ethernet and AUTOSAR.
- Experience with RTOS and SDLC methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and deploy embedded software components for automotive systems.
- Develop and maintain software for infotainment, ADAS, or vehicle control units.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to define software requirements and interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, implement unit tests, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues in development and production environments.
