Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or Education Tech required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years online teaching or curriculum development experience.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and online pedagogy.
- Proficiency with Zoom, Google Classroom, and LMS tools.
Responsibilities
- Design online curriculum and lesson plans for ages 3-6.
- Deliver tutoring sessions via video conferencing.
- Create diverse digital learning materials.
- Assess progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with curriculum team to expand course offerings.
- Stay current with online teaching trends and best practices.
