Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching young children (ages 4-7) in an early years setting.
• Demonstrated experience in online teaching or tutoring, preferably with young learners.
• Proven ability to develop engaging and age-appropriate educational content.
• Proficiency with online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards) and educational software.
• Excellent understanding of early childhood developmental milestones and learning theories.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box for digital content creation.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine engaging online curriculum materials for early years learners (ages 4-7), including lesson plans, interactive activities, and assessments.
• Deliver live, one-on-one and small group online tutoring sessions, creating a positive and effective learning environment.
• Utilize various digital tools and platforms to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's learning journey.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and needs within an online setting.
• Collaborate with a remote team of educators, designers, and developers to brainstorm new content ideas and improve existing materials.
• Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in early childhood education and online learning.
• Contribute to the creation of educational videos, games, and other digital resources.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and feedback.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and professional development sessions.
• Ensure all curriculum content aligns with pedagogical goals and company standards.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in the online learning experience and curriculum.
