Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Early Years Coordinator to oversee and enhance early childhood education programs from a distance, based out of Bloemfontein or remotely. The role leads the curriculum design, teacher development, and program quality across virtual and physical touchpoints.

You will drive strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets while inspiring remote educators to deliver high standards of care and learning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience in early childhood settings.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate remote teams.
• Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy, curriculum design and assessment.
• Excellent strategic planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools for management, communication and program delivery.
