The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in ECE or Education Technology and has proven online teaching experience with young children, plus strong LMS and digital collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Education Technology, or related field.
- Proven online teaching/facilitation experience with young children.
- Proficient with learning management systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging virtual learners.
- Strong understanding of digital pedagogy and child development principles for online learning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt engaging, age-appropriate curriculum content for online delivery.
- Facilitate interactive live online classes and activities for young learners.
- Monitor student progress through online assessments and provide feedback to children and parents.
- Utilize digital tools to create a stimulating virtual learning environment.
