Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Virtual Educational Play Facilitator to join a fully remote team supporting families around Port Elizabeth. You will design and deliver engaging online play sessions and educational activities for children, using creative digital tools to promote learning and social interaction in a virtual setting.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Proven experience in facilitating educational activities for children, preferably online.
• Excellent command of virtual communication tools and educational technology.
• Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead interactive online play sessions and educational programs for children.
• Create engaging digital content, including stories, songs, crafts, and age-appropriate lessons.
• Facilitate virtual group activities designed to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to parents on supporting their child's learning at home.
• Utilize various digital platforms and tools to deliver dynamic and immersive virtual experiences.
• Maintain communication with families, addressing inquiries and fostering a positive online learning community.
