About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and guidance on early childhood development best practices to clients via online platforms.

Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in early childhood education, including curriculum development, teacher training, or policy advising.
• Proven experience in consulting, preferably within the education sector.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and informative educational content for diverse audiences.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing online collaboration tools and virtual meeting platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Published work or a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in ECD is a significant advantage.
