Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Remote Child Development & Educational Content Creator to develop engaging digital learning for young children. You will design lessons, activities, and interactive modules, coordinating with experts remotely from South Africa.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in Early Childhood Education and 7+ years of content creation experience, with strong writing and editing skills and deep knowledge of child psychology.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience creating educational content for early childhood.
• Proven digital content creation experience (e-learning modules, interactive apps, video scripts).
• Strong understanding of child psychology and learning theories.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency with digital content creation tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Curriculum development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging digital educational content for ages 2-6.
• Create lesson plans, activity guides, and interactive exercises.
• Design multimedia content including scripts for videos, animations and modules.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts remotely.
• Research trends and best practices in early childhood education and digital learning.
• Ensure content is age-appropriate and culturally sensitive.
