You will design, develop, and deploy e-learning courses using industry tools, manage LMS deployment, and ensure accessibility and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• 4–6 years of e-learning development experience.
• Experience with LMS administration and course deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning courses using authoring tools.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to translate objectives into digital content.
• Develop multimedia assets (videos, graphics, animations, simulations) to enhance learning.
• Configure and manage courses within the LMS, ensuring delivery and tracking.
• Quality assurance testing on e-learning modules for functionality and UX.
• Provide technical support to instructors and learners regarding the platform.
• Stay updated with trends in e-learning development and educational technology.
• Analyze learner feedback and performance data for program improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation for e-learning standards and processes.
• Ensure content accessibility and WCAG compliance.
