Placements24 is seeking a remote E-Learning Content Developer to design and produce engaging digital learning materials focused on sports science, coaching, and athlete development. This role is based operationally near Upington but works entirely remotely.

You will collaborate with SMEs, use Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, and apply ADDIE. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience are required; knowledge of sports science is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-learning content development; portfolio required.
• Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ADDIE model.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Experience in sports science, coaching, or related field desirable.

About the Role

Our client is a leader in online sports education and is seeking a creative and experienced Remote E-Learning Content Developer to design and produce engaging digital learning materials focused on sports science, coaching, and athlete development. Based operationally near Upington but working entirely remotely, you will leverage your expertise in instructional design and multimedia to create high-quality courses that cater to a global audience of athletes, coaches, and sports enthusiasts. Key Responsibilities
