Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
• Proficiency with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Excellent understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies relevant to e-commerce.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, suitable for a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the e-commerce product catalog, including product descriptions, imagery, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Analyze e-commerce sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and insights for sales improvement.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies, including discounts, bundles, and targeted campaigns, to boost sales performance.
