Peritia is seeking a Document Specialist Consultant to support the Medical Writing team in management and quality control of clinical and regulatory documents. The role focuses on eDMS workflows, templates, and metadata in a fast-paced biopharma setting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Veeva Vault experience, strong Word/Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments while ensuring inspection readiness and compliance.

Formación

• 3+ years of technical documentation experience in pharma/biotech or 1.5+ years with an advanced degree
• Strong understanding of clinical development and regulatory documentation
• Hands-on experience with eDMS platforms (Veeva Vault or similar)
• Advanced Word skills: complex formatting, styles, templates

Responsabilidades

• Manage creation, routing, review, approval, versioning and archiving of clinical/regulatory documents
• Ensure adherence to templates, naming conventions, metadata and folder structures
• Perform eQC reviews for CSRs, protocols, integrated summaries, HA responses
• Maintain document records and support traceability
• Collaborate with Medical Writing, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Operations
• Support audit/inspection readiness and compliance
