What You’ll Do

As our Digital Project Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects—managing timelines, keeping communication flowing, and ensuring that each initiative meets or exceeds expectations. You’ll collaborate across departments, bridging the gap between strategy, design, and development.

Key responsibilities :

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

Liaise with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and clients

Monitor progress and address issues proactively

Adapt to evolving requirements and help teams navigate change

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a digital agency environment, actively involved in delivering digital-focused projects (Mandatory)
• Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing website projects from start to finish
• Ability to interpret client goals and translate them into structured project plans that meet deadlines and stay within budget
• Background in roles such as Client Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management
• A broad understanding of the digital landscape, including but not limited to : CMS platforms, website design and development, eCommerce, mobile experiences, SEO, paid media, social campaigns, email strategies, and online advertising
• Confident in managing content and communication deliverables
• Maintains composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations, with sound decision-making and leadership skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal communication
• Skilled in using digital project management software and tools
• Familiarity with the workflows and technical aspects of digital product development
