Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management or related field.
• 5+ years in digital operations management or related IT management role with remote work experience.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration for remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all digital operational processes and workflows.
