Placements24 is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online growth for a leading FMCG brand. This fully remote role covers social media, content creation, SEO/SEM and email marketing, with analytics to optimize campaigns and ROI.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency, develop engaging campaigns, and leverage digital channels to increase customer engagement and lead generation across South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven digital marketing experience in FMCG or consumer brands.
• Experience across social media, content creation, SEO/SEM and email marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads and email tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, websites and email campaigns.
• Manage social profiles, foster community engagement and brand interaction.
• Execute SEO/SEM campaigns to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns with segmentation and automation.
• Monitor traffic, campaign performance and KPI trends; report findings.
