Job summary

No Joke Marketing is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to keep campaigns moving, coordinate across internal teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure every client work ships on time and on brief.

You will own the operational engine for a portfolio in care and education client work, turning strategy into scheduled tasks, aligning strategists, media buyers, designers, and copywriters, and keeping projects on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination or similar operations role.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing: paid ads, SEO, social media, email, landing pages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, or deadlines concurrently.
• Able to read campaign metrics and translate status into updates.
• Proficiency with project management and CRM tools.
• Reliable remote setup and availability to work primarily on an Eastern Time schedule.

Responsibilities
