Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or social media management.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills tailored for digital audiences.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital communication strategies across websites, social media, email, and other online platforms.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging digital content, including web copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including content scheduling, community management, and ad campaign oversight.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, analyzing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Monitor website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
