Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and drive pipeline. As Demand Generation Representative at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
