This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach, not spam, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Formación

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging; optimize targeting and tighten feedback with sales team.
