Placements24 is seeking a Remote Full-Stack Blockchain Engineer to join a cutting-edge fintech team focused on DeFi. You’ll own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from smart contracts to front-end interfaces, collaborating with an international team in an Agile setup.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of blockchain development, strong Node.js/Python/Go backend skills, and experience with React/Vue/Angular and Web3 libraries. Remote work with flexible hours is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of full-stack development, with at least 2 years in blockchain development.
• Proficiency in Solidity and understanding of blockchain architecture.
• Strong backend experience (Node.js, Python, Go) and frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Familiarity with Web3 libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms.
• Excellent version control skills (Git) and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills for virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms using Solidity.
• Build robust backend services that interact with blockchain networks.
• Design and implement intuitive frontend interfaces for dApps.
• Integrate smart contracts with frontend apps and backend systems.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Optimize app performance for speed and scalability across devices/networks.
• Participate in code reviews and improve development processes.
• Stay updated on emerging blockchain tech, DeFi protocols, and full-stack trends.
