Qualifications

• Experience in data entry or data validation within regulated contexts.
• Document high accuracy with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to identify data inconsistencies across diverse file types.
• Excellent written English for drafting tasks and rubrics.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined process.
• Experience in remote, distributed projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design expert-level evaluation tasks simulating data entry and validation.
• Curate large datasets including CSVs, PDFs, and spreadsheets with errors.
• Define the correct final state, error scenarios and reconciliation needs.
• Create grading rubrics with 35+ criteria for AI outputs.
• Collaborate asynchronously to refine evaluation materials.
