Ideal candidates hold a quantitative degree, have crypto trading experience, and are proficient in Python, R, or C++. Strong analysis, decision-making under pressure, and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading, algorithmic trading, or quantitative analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and risk management principles.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor cryptocurrency markets 24/7, analyzing price movements, trading volumes, and market sentiment.
• Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies for various digital assets.
• Execute trades across multiple exchanges, ensuring optimal execution and minimal slippage.
• Manage and monitor trading positions, including risk assessment and position sizing.
• Conduct in-depth research on new cryptocurrencies, market trends, and regulatory developments.
• Utilize trading algorithms and analytical tools to identify profitable opportunities.
• Collaborate with the research and development teams to refine trading strategies and tools.
• Prepare regular reports on trading performance, market analysis, and portfolio status.
• Maintain strict adherence to trading policies and risk management protocols.
