Job description

Remote Creator Brand Manager (Full-Time) | Location: Remote, with 4+ hours daily overlap (flexible)

We're hiring a full-time Creator Brand Manager to help grow the personal brand of a founder with 20k+ Twitter followers and 19k+ on LinkedIn. This isn’t your typical ghostwriting gig — we’re looking for someone who’s obsessed with social, meme-literate, AI-savvy, and ready to treat personal content like a product.
If you live for the algorithm, know how to write like a human (with or without AI), and would love to experiment and scale across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and maybe even Threads or TikTok — this is your role.

What You’ll Do

  • Run the show across platforms: Help manage, schedule, and optimize content on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram (and potentially more).

  • Write in the founder’s voice: Use past content and tone to create high-performing posts that feel authentic.

  • Be the signal filter: Keep an eye on industry news, trends, and viral moments — and surface opportunities for timely, relevant content.

  • Edit and repurpose video content: Take raw footage from the founder and turn it into clips, reels, or shorts using tools like Descript or similar.

  • Use AI tools to your advantage: Whether it’s brainstorming, editing, repackaging, or rewriting — you’ll be encouraged to use AI to go faster and smarter.

  • Keep the machine running: Stay on top of drafts, post cadence, analytics, and platform-specific best practices.

Who You Are

  • You’ve worked with a personal brand or founder before — or you’ve grown your own.

  • You’re a strong writer who can quickly adapt to someone else’s tone of voice.

  • You understand how LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram (and ideally Threads or TikTok) work — and how to play within their rules to get max reach.

  • You have experience or deep interest in AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Descript, etc.

  • You can edit short-form video content using tools like Descript, CapCut, or similar.

  • You’re organized, independent, and proactive — someone who sees content as a strategic asset, not just a post.

Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience growing your own personal brand

  • Understand growth strategy, engagement loops, or creator-focused analytics

  • Have managed social calendars and content pipelines before

  • Have a natural sense for meme culture, virality, and timing

Tools You'll Likely Use
Notion, Descript, ChatGPT/Claude, Buffer/Later, Google Docs, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and whatever else you bring to the table.
