Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Commercial Real Estate Specialist to join our fully remote team serving clients across Polokwane and the Limpopo province.

You will identify, analyze, and facilitate transactions for office, retail, and industrial properties, advising investors on opportunities, acquisitions, and leasing strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage or investment.
• Proven track record of closing complex commercial property deals.
• Deep understanding of property types, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills, adapted for remote work.
• Proficiency in commercial real estate software and digital collaboration tools.
• A relevant degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source commercial property investment and leasing opportunities for clients.
• Conduct due diligence, market analysis, and financial feasibility studies for commercial properties.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for commercial property listings.
• Negotiate lease agreements and purchase contracts on behalf of clients.
• Provide expert advice on commercial real estate trends, zoning regulations, and investment potentials in Limpopo.
• Maintain relationships with developers, investors, and business owners through virtual channels.
