Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role in an agency or SaaS environment.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and provide feedback to sales team.
