Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication & ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo & Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce & SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
