The role requires a Master’s degree and 10+ years in corporate comms, with strong leadership and remote-management capabilities.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful, large-scale communication strategies, both internal and external.
• Extensive experience in crisis communications and reputation management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including media, investors, and employees.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and manage teams, including remote personnel.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in communication technologies and platforms relevant to remote work.
• Experience in managing budgets and external agency relationships.
