Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Contract Law Specialist to provide expert drafting, negotiation, and management of commercial contracts from a fully remote position.

You will advise cross‑functional teams on terms and risks, develop standard templates, manage the contract lifecycle, ensure compliance with South African contract law, and provide timely opinions. Formación

• Admitted in the High Court of South Africa or equivalent.
• 6+ years post-qualification experience in contract law.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including service agreements, NDAs, supply and licensing agreements.

• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa or equivalent.

• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Deep understanding of South African contract law principles.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a demanding caseload in a remote work environment.
