Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts.
- Provide expert contract interpretation, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies and relevant laws.
- Maintain a central repository of contracts and manage lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with business units to identify contractual needs and support negotiations.
