This role requires a meticulous individual with a deep understanding of financial regulations and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential compliance issues. You will collaborate with various departments, providing guidance and training to ensure all operations meet the highest standards of integrity and regulatory requirements, supporting a culture of compliance from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
• Investigate reported compliance concerns and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Provide ongoing training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role within the banking and finance sector.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant local and international financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and audit procedures.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulatory requirements effectively.
• Proficiency in compliance management software and standard office productivity tools.
