• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messages for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of media relations, social media management, and digital communication platforms.
• Experience with crisis communication and reputation management.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee the creation and dissemination of compelling content across various channels, including press releases, social media, website, and internal communications.
• Manage media relations, cultivating positive relationships with journalists and securing positive coverage.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all communication materials and platforms.
