Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive theoretical aviation courses remotely, covering subjects such as aerodynamics, meteorology, navigation, and regulations.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessments to ensure content is current and relevant.
• Provide one-on-one virtual mentoring and support to students, addressing their academic queries and concerns.
• Facilitate interactive online discussions and group sessions to enhance student engagement and learning.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and evaluate performance through online assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and engagement.
• Stay abreast of changes in aviation regulations, industry standards, and training methodologies.
• Collaborate with the instructional design team to optimize online course delivery and student experience.

Requirements

• Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine rating.
• A minimum of 5 years of flight experience, preferably with experience as a flight instructor or aviation educator.
• Solid understanding of theoretical aviation subjects and curriculum development.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual classroom technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners effectively online.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
