Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, high-availability, and fault-tolerant cloud solutions on major platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop cloud adoption strategies and roadmaps for enterprise clients.
• Define infrastructure requirements, including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Design and oversee the implementation of containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Guide development teams on best practices for cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Ensure security best practices are integrated into cloud architecture and solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and services to enhance existing solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years focused on cloud solutions.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Excellent understanding of network security, identity management, and data protection in cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to architecture.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
