Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Associate for a fully remote role in South Africa with extensive travel to investigational sites. You will ensure trials are conducted per protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements, with on-site monitoring across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree, at least 3 years of CRA experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with CTMS/EDC. Expect flexible scheduling and travel up to 70–80%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing or pharmacy.
• At least 3 years' experience as a CRA with on-site monitoring.
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel 70–80% across South Africa.

Aufgaben

• Perform site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits per protocol and GCP.
• Ensure trial conduct adheres to SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Verify data accuracy via source data verification (SDV).
• Manage IP accountability, storage, and handling at sites.
• Train site personnel on procedures and data collection.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate with investigators, sponsors, and teams.
• Prepare site visit reports and actions in a timely manner.
• Maintain regulatory binders and trial documentation.
• Report adverse events (AEs) and SAEs promptly.
