Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cleaning operations management, with a significant portion in a remote or oversight capacity.
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively using digital tools and communication platforms.
• Strong understanding of cleaning technologies , sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in using project management and performance tracking software.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in service delivery from a distance.
