Qualifications

• 5+ years in cleaning industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role overseeing specialized cleaning.
• Experience with diverse specialized cleaning techniques (biohazard, industrial, post-construction).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in a remote team setting.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools.
