Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Remote Cleaning Operations Analyst to enhance efficiency of cleaning services across locations. You will analyze operational metrics, develop dashboards, and propose data-backed improvements from a remote setting.

The ideal candidate will have a quantitative background and proven experience with Excel, SQL, and Tableau, plus strong problem-solving and remote communication skills to drive performance across locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, business analytics, or related discipline.
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting with Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Understanding of operational processes, preferably in cleaning or facilities management.
Excellent remote communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret cleaning operational data, identifying trends and anomalies.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for cleaning operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies in cleaning services.
Collaborate with operations managers to implement new strategies and monitor their impact.
Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to enhance cleaning effectiveness.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy for all operational reporting.
