The role emphasizes collaboration with the tech team, staying current with research, and delivering accessible resources from a home office.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Child Development, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in child development or related practice.
• Proficient with video conferencing and online collaboration platforms; strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver online workshops and webinars for parents on child development topics.
• Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations to assess needs and provide guidance.
• Create digital resources such as articles, tip sheets, and activity guides.
• Collaborate with the tech team to ensure a seamless online service experience.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in early childhood development.
