Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process analysis, optimization, and modeling.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus) and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
