Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in chemical process design, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, CHEMCAD) and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, transport phenomena, and reaction kinetics.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API).
• Excellent communication and ability to manage remote collaboration across sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop process designs including PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, and equipment sizing.
• Perform simulations and economic evaluations for new and modified processes.

You will be instrumental in translating client requirements into innovative and efficient process solutions, utilizing state-of-the-art design tools. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong technical design skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders from a distance. The successful candidate will contribute to the successful execution of projects from initial concept through to design completion, ensuring feasibility and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop process designs, including PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, and equipment sizing.
• Perform process simulations and economic evaluations for new and modified processes.
